Dr. Aarti ,has more than two decades of experience in Health Insurance. Academically, a Doctor with a Bachelor’s degree in Ayurveda, Medicine & Surgery (BAMS). Having received an opportunity to serve the slum dwellers through an NGO on Micro Insurance ,diverted her career path to take up the unique social activity on the health aspects of slum dwellers. Later moved into the corporate world of health insurance with now over 20+ years of experience.

Currently is an AVP in Health Insurance Underwriting, MBA in marketing, Fellowship in General Insurance -III (Insurance Institute of India), Diploma in Health Insurance-III, certifications on ISO Standards and the Winner of the 10% Club member of the 1000 Women leaders movement programme by Jombay .

Along the journey, she has always been involved in CSR activities with a focus on women empowerment, girl child education and health care. Actively part of the ERG programmes on women empowerment for a more inclusive and equitable workplace

With our nations aim on Insurance for all by the year 2047, The International Women’s Day 2025, theme of #Accelerate Action, various Nari Shakti platforms that celebrate some incredible women for their strength, resilience & limitless potential, she believes , women shall be able to give back to the society by contributing through technical expertise and contribute to the mission of India for a Viksit Bharat by 2047. The community hence shall not have to await 132 years to have gender equality.
