Young Achiever’s Awards

An individual who rises with his own efforts and hard work is termed to be an achiever in general. And young achievers achieve that with an added challenge of access to capital, lack of involvement, limited market knowledge, and society’s constant infantilization of youth into pursuing traditional  career paths. The quality that sets apart young achievers is that they’re uniquely self-motived. These young minds strive to aim and achieve something higher. They have a penchant for taking risks, self-efficacy, and a need for achievement. They know how to seize opportunities, spot possibilities and generate value by coming up with creative goods, services, or business ideas. Young entrepreneurs benefit much in terms of creativity, development, and flexibility, and their success is largely determined by their access to finance, prior work experience, training, and professional connections. Young entrepreneurs who are also active in extracurricular activities, such as athletics or community service, are likely to develop the skills and traits like teamwork, adaptability, and authority  that contribute to their success. Young entrepreneurs are also more likely to enroute for sustainable practices and ethical business conduct.

Today’s youth is the driving force behind most of the innovations and creations, they’re also a huge talent base for startups. Tapping on their potential, the Government of India has introduced many employment generating schemes either promoting entrepreneurship or wage employment. ‘Skill India’ and ‘Startup India’ are two of the most important initiatives to promote startup ventures to boost youth entrepreneurship, and encouraging start-ups with job creation is facilitating ease of doing business.

Indian Achievers’ Forum draws attention to the theme “how successful achievers can help the social & economic infrastructural development in and around the country” and provides examples of social entrepreneurs and successful models of the society and corporate sector partnership. As the saying goes, “Today’s Youth is Tomorrow’s Future,” and it is essential to keep them motivated, empowered, and equipped to reach their fullest potential. To celebrate and encourage these rising stars, the Indian Achievers’ Forum proudly presents the Young Achiever’s Award to the deserving young individuals to acknowledge their contributions and inspire countless others by echoing successful journeys of social entrepreneurs, successful models of the society and business community.
