Beginning her journey from a small town in Punjab, India, Yashu Kapila has made her way to global recognition. With more than 17 years of industry experience, she went through various roles understanding the depths of quality assurance and how it could be harnessed to transform the tech landscape.

From pioneering the best of automation to software testing, to integrating concepts like QAOps, shift-left, and Artificial Intelligence solutions to quality engineering process, she has enabled BugRaptors to reach the highest benchmarks of success.

Being an advocate for women corporate leadership, she has not only reserved 70 percent of leadership positions for women but have made her place at top 10 names for Women of the Year awards at WIT Awards Asia Series 2021 and 2022. Besides, she even made her way to tech top nominations for “Entrepreneur of the year” category at WIT Awards Asia 2023.

From hitting the list of nominees at TechWomen100 Awards to “Mentor of the Year” at Global Awards 2021, Yashu Kapila has managed to create a prominent presence amongst the list of global business leaders.
