After graduation, she worked for several years in India with prestigious companies, including HSBC Global Technology in Hyderabad. During her time at HSBC, she was recognized for her performance and was selected for a short-term assignment in the UK, which enriched her international work experience and expanded her global perspective.
She is currently working as a Product Owner in a leadership role at Ford Motor Company, USA. One of her most significant achievements has been launching and scaling Ford’s Loyalty Program, an initiative she led from pilot stages to a national rollout across the USA and Canada. Designed to deepen customer engagement, the program rewards vehicle owners for various interactions such as vehicle purchases, service visits, and connected service subscriptions. The program grew from 2 million to over 15 million members, a testament to its success and the trust it fostered among Ford customers.
