Shuchi Rakheja is innovative and entrepreneurially minded with 17+ years of experience and a proven track record in AI & Advance Analytics. Over the years, she has had the privilege of working with top-tier consulting organizations – Hewlett Packard, Accenture, KPMG, TCS, before she decided to embark on the entrepreneurship journey.

She is an expert at leading and empowering data-driven business transformations, building high-performing teams, and setting up an AI COE. A passionate value-driven product manager with strength to define strategic vision while identifying the key technical enablers to meet it.

Throughout her career, she has benefited multiple clients in their pursuit of using advance analytics to augment business growth. For her contributions to AI/ML, she has been felicitated with an Innovation pride award and CLP faculty award for AI/ML by TCS. She has also filed a Patent with Title – “System and Methods for forecasting resource attributes using customer feedback attributes” jointly with TCS. Recently, she has been recognized as a thought leader with 3AI – one of the largest communities of AI & Advance Analytics.

She believes in continuous learning and overtime has pursued education programs from premier institutions in the world. She completed her post-graduation in economics (2006) from Indian Statistical Institute, (MSQE). She completed a short-duration entrepreneurship program for women (MPWE) from IIM-B in 2012, Product management from (DCE) Duke Corporate Education (2022) and recently she has completed Digital Transformation Certification from ISB (2023).

She has a sensitive outlook on social, environmental, and organizational problems, she is passionate about contributing or creating world class AI-led products and solutions that can impact the organization’s business and people’s lives positively. In this endeavor, she founded a company – “Shift180 Business Advisory and Services Private Limited.” in Feb 2023.
