Sahiba’s passion for content creation began after she left her EdTech venture, which was recognised as the Most Promising Startup in 2016 by Economic Times. She then consulted with global advertisers and publishers, helping them monetise their content through contextual advertising. This content know-how soon propelled brands to seek her expertise across the board, leading to the birth of Walnut Folks Group in 2018.

Since then, Sahiba has helped over 500 brands with their content and marketing strategies, having created over 1 billion content views. She is the co-founder and CEO of Counfluencr, a leading Influencer Marketing Agency that has vetted influencers across 50+ genres and is trusted by 400+ leading brands. She heads a 70+ member strong team of multi faceted digital marketers, content creators, design mavericks and operational ninjas. Over the last few years, Confluencr has seen immense growth and has worked with numerous creators and leading brands.

Sahiba’s  efforts have not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by the numerous awards she has received. These include being named the Best Large Influencer Marketing Company, Best Use Of Video in Influencer Marketing campaign, and Best B2B Campaign by Social Stars 2022.

Sahiba is also a mentor to young entrepreneurs and has delivered guest lectures on Content Marketing in over 10 business schools. Her dedication to promoting equal opportunities is reflected in her role as an equal opportunity employer, having created employment opportunities for over 1200 people in her 10+ year career so far.
