Passionate about computer science and programming, Priyanka started her journey in software programming very early. She was recognized for her skills in computer science in school at the age of fourteen and later in college while pursuing her undergraduate degree in engineering. Priyanka holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology. Since commencing her career as a professional in the IT industry, she has earned several accolades and awards in recognition of her contributions at the companies she worked for.

Priyanka loves keeping herself up to date with the latest trends and technologies, and modern programming languages. After spending the initial years of her career developing software in core storage, she moved on to working for small to mid sized technology companies, helping solve interesting technical problems and building innovative software products. She spent three years at JumpCloud, contributing towards a core product with specialized focus on security and identity management. In her most recent role at HouseCanary, she is helping build secure, resilient, scalable cloud based software products, serving large scale data insights and analytics in the proptech domain.

Priyanka is also actively involved in the tech community and shares her learning and expertise with peers and other like minded individuals in the industry via published technical articles. She is a Senior Member at IEEE and has participated as panel member in various technical judging and review events. Committed to excellence, she fosters steadfast perseverance and exhibits a never give up attitude when presented with a new technical challenge.
