Driven by a desire to deepen her knowledge, she moved to the USA to pursue a Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering. After completing her degree, she joined UPS as a Web Developer, where she played a key role in developing UPS’s enhanced Web Shipping Application. This project, which utilized advanced technologies like C#, Angular, and Azure Fabric Service, transformed UPS’s shipping processes, significantly improving efficiency and user experience.

Throughout her career, she has published 23 research articles and received two patents. her work at UPS led to notable improvements in processing speed, error reduction, and operational cost savings. These enhancements not only streamlined internal operations but also increased customer satisfaction by introducing features like real-time tracking and self-service options.

Her proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies has enabled her to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces and scalable server-side applications. Her deep knowledge of .NET, C#, and database management, combined with experience in cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, has allowed her to build robust, high-performance solutions.
