Educated in Computer Science from IIT Delhi, one of Asia’s top Engineering colleges, with research experience in Artificial Intelligence from the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) in Germany, Aishwarya has a passion for mentoring early-stage startups & entrepreneurs. She volunteers as a mentor and jury member for several startup incubators, accelerators, and educational platforms in India, UAE & Europe. She has been recognized for her thought leadership in Artificial Intelligence & Startup Growth by numerous business journals in South Asia such as Business Standard & The Tech Outlook.
With a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from IIT Delhi (2016), her educational background places her among the top-tier talents in the field.
Selected as 1 among only 3 candidates worldwide for the prestigious DAAD Scholarship program, Aishwarya undertook a research program in Artificial Intelligence and Cryptography offered by Max Planck Institute for Informatics, German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI), and CISPA – Helmholtz Center for Information Security, Germany.
As a Content Strategy & Growth Leader at UpGrad, India, she was pivotal in conceptualizing, creating, and launching advanced software products, leading to substantial revenue growth and international expansion.
Transitioning to the USA, Aishwarya became the Product Manager at Sofy.AI, USA, where she established processes related to customer research, discovery, and product development, contributing significantly to the company’s growth.
A mentor with various organizations including Alchemist Accelerator (USA), Intelligent People Ltd (UK), GrowthMentor (Europe), InUnity (India), and Faster Capital (UAE), Aishwarya provides free-of-cost mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs worldwide, facilitating their journey from ideation to validation.
