Ms. Aarti Sabhaney, director of enterprise communications for Asia Pacific and Japan at Dell Technologies, is one such lady. Aarti is an International Technology Communications Leader and has experience in managing transformations that are important to the business and developing communication plans that provide results. She has a history of consistently acting as a dependable advisor to the senior leadership team, and her forte is establishing solid cross-functional working connections while managing multiple tasks at once. Famous for her learning agility and entrepreneurial mindset, Ms Aarti has set a benchmark in the industry.
With a background in journalism, she lends an innovative approach to capturing mindshare in the digital and technology industry. To promote peer-to-peer learning in the technology industry, she established a global technology communications division under IABC, an organisation with its headquarters in Chicago. Her passion for mentoring and coaching women in the technology space has made her the founding member of a Women in Technology group for the Singapore Business and Professional Women’s Association.
She has written an extensive research paper on the underrepresentation of women in engineering and artificial intelligence. She holds two master’s degrees, including an executive master’s from INSEAD Asia.
She has effectively handled a multifaceted worldwide career that includes work as a journalist, academic expert in public relations, and communications specialist for technology. Not only this, she has also undertaken change management initiatives, rebranding exercises, strategic events, and investor-education efforts throughout her career.
Aarti has received media attention for her role as a famous global woman leader and has been asked to co-author a book called #MyVoice – Vol V. She has received numerous honours and has been chosen to serve as a judge for the PRWeek Global Awards, the IABC Gold Quill Awards, and the Digital Impact Awards Asia.
Aarti spends a lot of time giving back as a fervent supporter of women in STEM. Additionally, she takes part in gatherings and forums for the industry that may help to improve the representation of women there. By showing how a dedicated, consistent, and sympathetic attitude can be the key to perfecting whatever position one takes on, she has served as an inspiration for women both inside and outside of her field.
