Mr. Jimmy Vadera is a CEO, driving the organization as it fabricates a stage that engages business visionaries all over the world to rethink their business understanding through important parameters and help them to bring clarity through right accounts & finance solutions and tools. He accepts to serve and really focuses on clients’ interests to go past the customary and go above and beyond.
Jimmy’s over 12 years of experience in dealing with clients across the globe of different sizes and in different industries has helped gain a deeper understanding of continuously developing client business by advancing the business processes and getting more efficiencies via cloud-based systems, automation, technical and functional knowledge, and technology. He previously filled in as Accounts Manager (Finance and Accounts) at Windowmaker Software Private Limited. His significant extent of work incorporates Taxes & compliance, and managing books of Indian, UK, Australia and Canada’s head office accounts. Around there he worked in Microsoft Navision and he tracked down his adoration for unfamiliar programming around there. He took accreditations in the same programming and began learning other bookkeeping programming like Xero and QuickBooks all alone.Right now, at VNC, Jimmy is driving VNC and provides key Insights and guidance to the organization.
Mrs. Dhara Vadera is Co-Founder and Managing Director, driving the organization through her exemplified knowledge and experience carried through various roles played to enable the organization and clients to achieve success in their mission by combining people, processes and projects. She drives and focuses on developing organization by enabling the right culture, right system, right people in the right place and bringing clarity about why and how to do things to empower all team members and clients about transformation possibilities and achievements.
During her starting career, she gained immense experience by joining companies like Ajanta India Limited and Atul Auto Limited, a reputed organizations in their field, overseeing all the branches accounting aspects, managing very senior team members, driving the monthly reports on time basis and delivering accurate and timely business numbers
