He is the founder of the AI-Powered Cybersecurity iLab in Texas, which is iLink’s Research & Innovation lab. He plays a pivotal role in leading the development of innovative solutions that demonstrate the potential of new and emerging technologies such as AI and ML. He mentors team members advises them on how to apply AI in Cybersecurity based on real-world experience, and helps them grow professionally by improving their skills. He has also achieved the status of Microsoft Solutions Partner in Security for the organization.

A recent example of his work and its importance was during the Microsoft CrowdStrike outage that happened on July 20, 2024, where a major CrowdStrike incident affected all Microsoft machines and caused around eight million Microsoft computers at airports, hospitals, oil and gas, manufacturing, and banking domain to shut down.  He quickly came up with an automated process and solid framework to fix around 1,500 machines in 210 healthcare facilities within 80 man-hours—this was anticipated to take at least 400 man-hours. This solution saved his clients about $10 million and brought the healthcare facilities back to operation without major downtime. This achievement would not have been possible without him taking the lead during this tough situation. Providing solutions like this during such stressful times when major IT providers struggled to solve critical issues shows the importance of his work.

He was selected and contributed to many Technologies Advisory Councils such as Jeeva Care, Bharathi Kalai Manram, Forbes Technology Council, IEEE, ISACA, and EC Council.  He is remarkably skilled and influential in cybersecurity and AI. His cutting-edge frameworks, sophisticated tools, and industry leadership have established a benchmark for quality and continue to advance the digital transformation of enterprises worldwide.
