Mr. Tamal Chatterjee is a seasoned marketing professional with over two decades of experience in various industries across India. Currently, as the Chief Growth Officer at Sid’s Farm, he spearheads the development and execution of inorganic growth and M&A strategies for the company apart from leading the non-D2C revenue channels. His strategic marketing initiatives have driven significant business growth and enhanced brand awareness. With a profound understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, he has been instrumental in positioning Sid’s Farm as a leading brand in the dairy and organic foods segment.

A passionate educator in the domain of marketing and entrepreneurship too, he has won several laurels including “Great Manager to Work With” and World Brand Congress’ “Most Admired Brand Leader”. With his proven ability to drive high marketing campaign response rates and execute successful product/service launches, he is also a successful start-up specialist. He relishes handling multiple challenging roles and has planned and led the development of numerous strategic business units.

He holds a degree in Psychology and several professional development courses in marketing and management including a Micro Masters in Marketing from IIM-Bangalore. Before joining Sid’s Farm, he held several leadership roles in marketing and brand management in leading dairy and Agri-digital companies. His experience spans across various product categories, including Dairy, B2B eCommerce, Technology, Advertising, and Consumer Durables. His ability to create customer-centric strategies has helped him build successful brands and drive business growth across various segments. He particularly enjoys working with Indian startups in the early growth stages, helping them find their footing and grow both organically and inorganically.

In his current role at Sid’s Farm, he is instrumental in driving the brand’s growth and expanding its reach in domestic and offshore markets. Under his leadership, the brand has launched several innovative products, leveraging technology and consumer insights. He also leads inorganic growth for the brand looking for alliances while driving one of the largest ecosystem-building projects for local dairy entrepreneurs across the country. His passion for sustainability and his commitment to ethical business practices have also helped establish Sid’s Farm as a socially responsible and consumer-focused high-quality brand in the market.
