In 2007, he took on a new role as a Service Engineer. This position expanded his responsibilities, allowing him to support drilling staff during good operations and maintain critical drilling equipment. His technical expertise and problem-solving abilities were instrumental in successfully handling a major project for the Syrian Petroleum Company, further establishing his reputation as a skilled and reliable engineer.

His career took a significant leap forward when he joined the USA’s leading oil and gas energy technology company in 2012. Over the next decade, he became an expert in maintaining and troubleshooting Measurement While Drilling (MWD) tools and other essential drilling equipment.

His dedication and technical prowess earned him the Star Technician award in 2013. As a Technical Training Instructor, he played a crucial role in training new technicians and conducting various technical courses, demonstrating his ability to impart knowledge and mentor others effectively.

In 2023, his journey brought him to a new role within the same company as a Competency & Career Development Leader. In this position, he leveraged his extensive technical background and training experience to develop and implement competency management programs. His innovative use of data analytics and tools like Power BI revolutionized how competency and career development were tracked and managed within the organization.
