Leading the development of Tech Mahindra’s internal sustainability management product, he designed an innovative framework for Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emission reporting. This product, built using SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud, enabled real-time, accurate data reporting, empowering stakeholders to track emissions KPIs and customize performance metrics. The initiative was a major step towards achieving a net-zero emissions future by 2035 and focused on transitioning to 90% renewable energy by 2030. The software’s multi-tenancy architecture and robust audit log capabilities positioned it as a first-of-its-kind solution in SAP’s sustainability ecosystem, highlighting Sharique’s dedication to creating impactful, eco-friendly technologies.
As the Technical Manager at Digital Personas, he was instrumental in expanding the company’s technical team, transforming its capabilities, and setting a new benchmark in task management through his development of a Unified Fiori Inbox. This innovation allowed seamless integration of multiple platforms such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Concur, simplifying business processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
His expertise in SAP Fiori, BTP, and S/4HANA has been key in his leadership, enabling the migration of complex systems while improving both performance and security.
