At FCM Travel Solutions, part of FCT Group, Saurabh played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the organisation’s technology capability in India. He helped build strong technical competency within the Global Capability Center across multiple technologies and business areas, while shaping an operating model grounded in Agile ways of working, automation and Artificial Intelligence. His focus on Innovation, governance, financial discipline, delivery excellence and continuous improvement has helped create a technology organisation positioned to support enterprise-wide transformation and long-term business value.
Earlier, at Tata Consultancy Services, Saurabh developed deep expertise in the Travel, Transport and Hospitality domain while working with multiple global travel customers. He led complex global technology and delivery engagements across application development, application management, infrastructure and business process services. His ability to combine business and technology transformation with strong client relationships, automation and operational excellence helped strengthen strategic partnerships and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Beyond commercial and operational achievements, Saurabh is passionate about developing people and building sustainable technology ecosystems. His commitment to continuous learning includes executive development programmes at INSEAD and The Ohio State University, along with the Leadership in AI programme completed at the Indian School of Business (ISB), strengthening his ability to connect emerging AI capabilities with business transformation.
