As a strategy & operations leader, he is currently managing M&A value delivery for Wipro’s global acquisitions which in terms of revenue acquired, ranges from anywhere between $ 100 Million to $ 1 Billion. In this role, Ramendra is responsible for org transformation, go-to-market strategy development, target operating model design, brand evangelization, and change management.

Over the years, he has worked for some of the marquee clients, complex transactions and contributed to significant business performance improvement & synergies. He is renowned for his grasp on business matters related to developing strategy, operations transformation, partnerships, business development, go-to-market design, change advocacy, system design, and program management.

When not at work, he contributes to the industry as an invited member of the prestigious NY Business Journals Leadership Trust and Forbes Business Development Council. He is also a panel judge with the Washington Business Week (www.wbw.org).

Having spent close to one and half decade in India he takes a lot of pride in having a strong appreciation and expertise around global cross-boarder business. He looks forward to playing a larger role in further strengthening US and India economic relations.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in General Management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad & Mohali, and a bachelor’s in engineering (B Tech) with a specialization in Electronics & Communication from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal.
