A distinction-holder in M.Sc. (Physics), and MBA(Finance), Mr. Sinha has done Executive Education from IIM, Calcutta. During his illustrious career in the Bank, he richly contributed in key roles across India and abroad, setting high standards of performance, particularly in the area of credit, international banking, and learning & development.

Writing being his passion, even during his posting in Bank (2000-04) in Nairobi, Mr. Sinha wrote a weekly self-help column on career management in “The Nation”, the most reputed daily in Kenya, and the entire East African region. Later, he also briefly wrote a fortnightly motivational column “Mission Possible” in The Hindustan Times.

Mr. Sinha has authored the motivational book “X-Factor @ Workplace” published by Tata McGraw Hill. An Opinion Columnist for CEOWORLD Magazine, and contributor to publications like The Times of India, South Asia Monitor, The Hindu, The Quint, Down To Earth, Different Truths, Daily Pioneer, Financial Express, Business World etc., he writes on wide-ranging important subjects of banking & finance, education, business strategy, corporate and public policy, and ethics. In recognition of his original, relevant and purposeful articles and columns, he was earlier honored with BEST WRITER AWARD 2021 by Navi Mumbai Chamber of Business & Industry.

Mr. Sinha is currently on the Board of Bank of India Trustee Services Pvt Ltd as an Independent Director. An External Expert on interview boards of many banks and corporations, he is also a Member, Settlement Advisory Committee, in a leading PSB.
