His professional voyage began with a solid foundation, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Chennai and a Master’s in Software Engineering from California. His thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement led him to pursue a Ph.D. in Information Technology from the University of the Cumberlands. With a mindset mirrored a scientist’s, he embarked on a six-year data scientist and research scholar career. His experience is characterized by relentless experimentation, insightful analysis, and a focus on deriving meaningful insights to contribute value to the organizations he has been a part of. For the past two years, he has been an integral part of PayPal, contributing to its success as a Data Scientist. Before that, he spent two years at SAP, honing his skills as a Software Developer. These experiences have shaped him into a well-rounded professional capable of navigating the complex intersections of data science and software development.
One of the key milestones in his journey has been his appointment as an Advisory Council Member for the prestigious Harvard Business Review. This unique platform has allowed him to share his insights and opinions with peers and the esteemed staff of Harvard Business Review. Being part of such a community has broadened his horizons and allowed him to contribute to discussions on current business topics and issues. His membership in the International Association of Engineers has shown his commitment to the field since 2022. With members from diverse backgrounds and countries, this global association aims to foster cooperation among professionals in various engineering and computer science fields. It aligns perfectly with his objective of promoting the exchange of information and ideas to advance technology globally.
As an Expert Judge for both the Globee Awards and The Stevie Awards, he evaluated applications in the Science and Technology categories. This experience enhanced his understanding of industry trends. It allowed him to contribute as an industry expert, providing valuable feedback and scoring nominations based on their impact on the Technology and Financial Industry. Believing in the importance of professional development, he became a member of The Judge Club, which comprises business professionals worldwide and aims to elevate judging quality at Awards International events.
A significant aspect of his journey involves his role as an Expert Member of the Advisory Council for the Bay Area Community Colleges Consortium since 2022. This initiative aims to establish a flagship college as an industry-supported AI Center of Excellence, shaping the curriculum to align with industry needs and fostering professional development.
