He began his career in India working for HCL Technologies, gaining extensive experience in database development and data engineering across various industries. His skills were soon recognized when he was sent on international assignments to Malaysia, Australia, and the UK to lead complex data projects for clients like Coles Myer and Govt of Malaysia.

Upon moving to the US, Rajesh has architected modern data platforms and analytics systems for major government agencies like the States of Nevada, Arizona and Virginia. Rajesh then joined Amazon Web Services as a Data Lab Solution Architect where he helped numerous companies adopt AWS analytics services through rapid prototyping.

Early on, Rajesh honed his skills in data engineering and data warehousing while modernizing critical IT systems for government agencies. This work enabled him to develop expertise on architecting data solutions across heterogenous data platforms and big data systems. Rajesh leveraged this foundation to take on critical roles building data modernization platforms.
