Joining Faber Sindoori Management Services as Senior Manager of Housekeeping for Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals in Kolkata, he faced the challenge of acclimating to a new domain. Despite being unfamiliar with protocols such as infection control and quality management, he embraced the opportunity to expand his knowledge base.
