He is an authentic leader, with 27 years of Global IT experience across the USA, UK, Denmark, UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait. Traveled extensively to Australia, Singapore, and Sweden for business consul/ng and large-scale transformation engagements.

He is currently playing the role of Global Head – Solutions, Large Deals with Bhawan Cybertek an IT MNC with headquarters in Chennai. Before that, he was working as Vice President and Global Delivery Head for Emerging Technologies at Tech Mahindra. He was one of the few leaders known for his delivery excellence selected to be part of the Chairman’s club (top 5% amongst the leaders)

He is on the board of studies at universities and has also been part of Syllabus review committees and NAAC accreditation-related guidance committees in various universities.

He was instrumental in signing multiple MOUs with industry and academia partners.

He has been contributing to several Learning and Development initiatives that have been helping transform emerging leaders and technical experts.

He has delivered multiple speeches on ‘Leadership Journey’, ‘Holistic Well Being’, ‘Career Guidance’, and ‘Delivering High Performance’ in various multinational companies and in various forums such as Toastmasters International.
