My Finance Wellness is a platform that provides comprehensive Financial Inclusion Program to Tiny, Nano and Women Entrepreneurs. He has over 25 years of experience in Leadership, Human Resources, Strategy and as an Angel Investor. He has worked with various Huge Corporations in India and Middle East in different capacities. He holds multiple master’s degrees in Human Resources, Leadership Development and Strategy from Indian and Foreign Institutes and many Internationally acclaimed certifications. He has also authored a book called “Vikram and the Smiling Man”.
After being in Corporate Life for over 20 years, he decided to be a social entrepreneur through My Finance Wellness, where he and his very talented team works on a motto of “Responsible Lending” to the First to Credit Segment. His company provides FREE Financial Literacy and Micro Accounting Platform to Tiny, Nano and Women Entrepreneurs as well as Collateral Free Micro Loans. Combining all the elements of Financial Management in one single platform is the uniqueness of My Finance Wellness.
Madhu while being part of this wonderful journey, continues to coach/mentor professionals across the world on leading businesses, people and strategy. He sits on various chambers of commerce and trade bodies in India as their Business Advocacy Director and guides young as aspiring start-up founders in their entrepreneurial journey.
All his business and professional life lessons are captured in the form of a book by him called “Vikram and the Smiling Man”. This non fictional satire has been a top seller on various ecommerce platforms.
He along with his wife and son contribute towards free education to students by providing them necessary financial as well as infrastructure support year on year. His work and contribution to the society has been recognized by various National and International forums on many occasions.
