With a versatile background in Engineering, Law, Learning & Development & 10+ years of cross-functional experience in Innovation and Entrepreneurship positions he to bridge the gap between idea to startup and startup to successful corporate venture. Under his leadership, he has built a healthy ecosystem at KL Technology Incubators Foundation scaling various startups to greater heights.

Since 2012, he has been on a journey of leading and innovating, transforming educational practices through Second School Education, and empowering individuals to showcase their talents. His abilities to understand students’ talents and nurture them to best earned him a reputation as a skilled Master. Working closely with various schools and colleges he led various boot camps and workshops, one of such was ‘Art of Teaching’.

Throughout his career, he has been positioned across various roles as Assistant Professor, Incubation Specialist, Founder, Centre Head, Director, CEO, Advisor, and many more promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. He has delivered various talks on entrepreneurship and led many Designs Thinking & Innovation Workshops. Have published more than 25+ International and National Papers and 10+ Patents. Have mentored 500+ student groups and 100+ startups throughout his career. Empowering community individuals and promoting grassroots innovations to transform their livelihoods is one of the key achievements of his career.
