He also worked with the Indo-German Chamber Commerce (IGCC) and nearly a decade in Secretariat team at the IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry (formerly Indian Merchants’ Chamber – IMC) as Head-IT Department and Executive Director – IT Cell.  He got an opportunity to work shortly with one of the Export Promotion Councils (EPC), set-up by Ministry of Commerce, Government of India – Basic Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics Export Promotion Council (CHEMEXCIL), and at CHEMTECH Foundation.  He started his career with private sector in Information Technology (IT) at The Scientific Instrument Company Ltd (SICO) as Senior Engineer – Software Development and worked in IT sector for 15-20 years.

Mr Kadakia assisted many foreign companies to footprint into Indian market across the sectors, made strategic collaboration between overseas and Indian companies, industry bodies, Governments and facilitated foreign director investment into overseas as well in India. He successfully created and implemented vision, mission and goals of a new national and international Trade Promotion Organisation in India. 

Mr Bhavin has visited 17 foreign countries on his official and personal capacity. He is not only IT but also social media savvy person as having 23,000+ connections on LinkedIn and also active on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.  He has 64 recommendations / appreciations on public domain of LinkedIn for providing excellent services to both Australian and Indian business fraternity including Australian exporters, Indian importers, Indian investors, who invested into Australia and vice-versa, industry bodies and also from ex-colleagues. He has expressed his professional views and written articles on various topics, which extensively quoted over 55 publications in four languages.

Mr Kadakia was honoured by Government of Maharashtra as a Special Executive Officer (SEO) for attestation and certification of the documents. He received twice professional scholarships to participate in study program and international seminar in Japan. His marketing and networking skills enabled him to become a member of Managing Committee of Computer Society of India (CSI), Mumbai Chapter, Chairman-Corporate Publicity of Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), Mumbai Chapter and advisory board of e-Information Systems Security & Audit Association (e-ISSA), Mumbai Chapter. He was one of the Trustees of BharatBhasha (Indian languages fonts) and Foundation for Computer Education Trust (donate computers to needy people/ organisations).
