Mr. Anil Kumar Soni is a distinguished technology leader and innovator with over two decades of experience in the IT industry. As a proud IEEE member and a Royal Fellow at the International Organization for Academic and Scientific Development (IOASD), he is also a dedicated contributor to educational and non-profit initiatives, where he channels his expertise to drive community growth, knowledge sharing, and meaningful impact beyond the workplace.

His academic journey culminated in a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management (MIS) with Business Intelligence Specialization. He began his career under the guidance of a renowned scientist, contributing to a critical research project on the Study of MSMR retrieval data using map generation and representation methodology. His exemplary work in remote sensing and data visualization was acknowledged through citation in the reference section of a paper published in the Indian Journal of Radio & Space Physics, demonstrating his early aptitude for blending data science with real-world applications.

Over the course of his career, he has delivered award-winning results across several industry-leading organizations. At Dell Services, he earned several Awards including a ‘Team of the Year’ recognition for leading, developing and enhancing a critical Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) framework for a non-profit healthcare organization, At the Vanguard Group, he was recognized with an award for Legacy System Modernization for designing and deploying a modern, scalable data transmission solution, replacing outdated systems with secure, high-performance infrastructure. At CSAA Insurance Group, he was a key leader in architecting and implementing an enterprise-wide Secure and Managed File Transfer (MFT) solution. He delivered Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Observability solutions for mission-critical applications, significantly enhancing service availability, reliability, and performance.

Alongside his enterprise work, he leads a transformative AI-driven anomaly detection project focused on secure data transfer and cybersecurity. He is advancing real-time analytics and automated threat detection by applying machine learning using systems logs. His efforts are shaping the foundation of a scholarly paper and open-source toolkit to support the broader tech community.

He is the author of “Exploring the World of Artificial Intelligence: A Simple Guide for Everyone”, a beginner-friendly book demystifying AI for all audiences. His research and articles on AI, observability, and secure file transfer are gaining recognition among  industry and academic circles.
