He believes in the mantra that ‘Leaders never stop learning’; be it learning from one’s own mistakes, acquiring a new job skill, or for that matter reading a motivational book.
He aspires to make a big impact in the field of personal finance for himself and thus help others in their journey towards financial independence. He draws inspiration from his role model Steve Jobs; who once said “Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice”.
He is a self-driven person who comes from an ordinary Maharashtrian family with high morals and hence believes in letting go off the things that are out of individual’s control and thrives to work on the ones which are under self-control. This has helped him to step up all the milestones in his personal and professional journey.
He is a certified Project Management Professional from PMI-USA with 18 years of experience in Project Controls, PMO, Program Governance and Transformation, Project Management Frameworks & Best Practices across Manufacturing, IT & BFSI industries. He has worked with various Fortune 500 companies in India like Honeywell, Accenture, Deutsche Bank & Citi Corp. He was deputed for a short term in the UK & US for assignments. He holds a master’s degree in project management and a bachelor’s degree in instrumentation engineering. He is currently pursuing a digital transformation program at the India School of Business, Hyderabad.
His day job is working as Vice President – Transformation, Citi Corp Services India Private Limited. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge in various forums like PMI Mumbai Chapter, & was invited by Pro-Thoughts (premier training institute for PMP) to host a webinar on agile governance in investment banking set-up.
He is self-motivated and believes in practicing gratitude, forgive and forget, learn and grow. As a dotting aspirant, he has bagged multiple awards and accolades throughout his educational and professional journey. He believes in giving back to society and hence volunteers in blood donation camps. Also, he is actively associated with the initiative of Mauli Group of Dombivli to serve rural school kids in the Shahpur district by providing a digital learning set-up & thus building a future-India.
