With 19 years of rich and diverse experience spanning the IT, GCC, BFSI, SAAS, and market research industries, he has emerged as a seasoned expert in program management, excellence & innovation, information security, and cybersecurity.
A Six Sigma Master Black Belt adorned with globally recognized certifications including CISM, CISA, PMP, and CSM, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in handling large-scale projects, driving digital transformation, and spearheading innovation teams. His track record speaks volumes, from leading organizations like Numerator, TCS, Genpact, and HCL to his current role as Associate Director at KPMG, where he heads the Process Excellence function, responsible for IT assurance and strategic initiatives.
His accolades include the prestigious Encore Impact award for orchestrating dual certifications of CMMI v2.0 DEV & SVC L3 appraisal within a record time of 12 months and the Project Champions award for delivering outstanding performance. His commitment to excellence is evident in achievements such as enhancing the COE Vista CMA score at the Numerator and receiving TCS Gems for ISO re-certification at TCS.
