At the helm of MicroGrid is its Co-Founder and CEO, Rama Narayana Vedula, a seasoned entrepreneur and IT professional with over 26 years of experience in the industry.MicroGrid’s genesis started off with an extreme medical condition, followed by a conversation between Ram and God for a few minutes, which was the most defining moment for him. It made him realize the importance of a conversation, and how there is an ever-growing need to reach out in times of distress when people require it the most.
Ram’s journey began with building Management Systems for over 110 organizations across geographies. In his next undertaking, he worked with an IT organization, successfully leading large multi-lateral funded projects. However, he realized that his true calling lay in entrepreneurship and making a positive impact to society, which led him to start MicroGrid along with Ananth Raj & Syam Srinivas. Ananth, Co-Founder & CPO with his 13+ years of experience, charts the product and technology roadmap. Syam, possessing over 16 years of IT experience, is the face of Technology at MicroGrid. They are joined by Jacob, who has over 4 decades of experience in Business Excellence & Sustainability initiatives, for Strategy & Governance.
Ram’s expertise in management systems and operations has been instrumental in building MicroGrid’s business interests. He has helped establish and strengthen the company’s operations, enabling it to deliver innovative solutions that address the healthcare industry’s most pressing technological challenges. Under his leadership, MicroGrid has developed a reputation for excellence, with a track record of delivering high-quality products and services to its clients.
Aside from his professional endeavours, Ram is an accomplished academic. He holds dual Masters in Public Administration and HRM, and is pursuing his Doctorate in Operations Management. His academic pursuits have allowed him to gain a deep understanding of business management principles and how they apply in real-world situations. This knowledge has been invaluable in shaping MicroGrid’s strategy and positioning it as a leader in Conversational AI for Healthcare.
Under his leadership, MicroGrid has swiftly transitioned into one of the most awarded Conversational AI platforms in healthcare. MicroGrid’s flagship offering, MIC (MicroGrid Intelligent Connect), is a CAIP which enables patients to access healthcare services in a convenient and personalized manner, while also supporting healthcare providers with valuable insights into patient needs and preferences.
