Please read the following terms and conditions of registering for the Indian Achievers' AwardsBy registering for this recognition, you hereby confirm and agree to the following:
- The deliverables associated with the applicable administrative charges will be fulfilled by M/s Brandworks Media Pvt. Ltd.
- You have voluntarily opted for additional PR deliverables upon payment of the required administrative charges as specified.
- Your registration is subject to realization of the administrative charges paid or payable by you.
- The administrative charges paid for availing any deliverables are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- In your submitted nomination, you have declared that you (the nominee) are free of any criminal or anti-national charges.
- The recognition is bestowed solely based on prima facie evaluation of the documents, profile, and testimonials submitted by you.
- Any misrepresentation or ambiguity found in your nomination may lead to revocation of the award at any stage.
- The event may be re-scheduled or discontinued by the organizers at their discretion and without prior notice.
- The award and certificate issued are intended strictly for personal use.
- Your nomination has been independently evaluated by a third-party media/research agency—M/s Brandmark Media—for this recognition.
- You agree to indemnify the event organizers against any consequences or claims arising from the usage of the name or logo of the Awards.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
- Changes to the nomination from the same organization are allowed only once.
- The organiser reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- The organiser also reserves the right to change the date, venue, or format of the event without prior notice.
- The selection of awardees rests solely with the Forum and is final and binding.
