He holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Madras and a Post Graduate Certification in Advanced HRM & Strategic Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi. Over the years, Mohankumar has built deep expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and data-driven workforce planning across manufacturing, IT, and FMCG sectors. At Leadec India, he was instrumental in managing HR operations across 11 factories in four states, fostering strong talent pipelines, enhancing employee experience, and supporting organizational growth contributions that were recognized through multiple Quarterly Achiever Awards.
A defining chapter of his journey emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic. As Vice President – Training & Development of Junior Chamber International (JCI), Erode Elite, Mohankumar played a pivotal leadership role in conceptualizing and driving the landmark team initiative “100 Webinars in 100 Days.” This first-of-its-kind initiative in the history of JCI Zone-17 brought together 100 trainers across diverse domains, enabling large-scale knowledge sharing and professional development during a period of global disruption. His contribution to this initiative earned him the Outstanding Performance Award from JCI.
