Mr. Dushyant Yadav’s professional journey stems from a strong academic foundation and diverse industry experience. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from NMIMS. As a Chartered Engineer from the Institute of Engineers of India (IEI), a core American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) member, and a BEE-certified Energy Manager, he is dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth.

With over 17 years of distinguished experience, he has firmly established himself as a leader in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS). He currently heads the EHS department at a renowned FMCG organization in North America, where he plays a pivotal role in driving safety & environmental excellence and compliance.

Previously, he led the Technical Department for the same organization in the South Asia region (comprising India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh), where he successfully took on multiple leadership roles, demonstrating his ability to manage complex operations and deliver results.

He has held leadership positions in prominent MNCs such as Asian Paints, AkzoNobel, and Reckitt. His expertise spans end-to-end manufacturing, including project execution, plant operations, maintenance, and supply chain management. Throughout his career, he has successfully built and operated plants, emphasizing safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Known for his innovative approach to plant designing, automation, process engineering, sustainability, safety, statutory compliance, pneumatic conveying, and energy management, he has significantly contributed to greenfield and brownfield projects. He has also played a key role as a people and process safety expert in major Fortune 500 MNCs, fostering collaboration, safety, innovation, and supply chain optimization.

His hard work, passion, and commitment to excellence have earned him accolades like “Employee of the Year,” “Manager of the Year,” and “Star Employee of the Year” from reputed MNCs, reflecting his dedication to achieving positive outcomes.
