A medical doctor by profession, and a qualified hospital administrator from LIBA, Dr. Manohar Semberichi Natarajan started his carrier in a multi super specialty tertiary care hospital in Chennai –Tamil-Nadu Hospital the first NRI hospital in India.Under the mentorship of his uncle Mr. C.P Velusami chairman & managing director of Tamil-Nadu hospital and group of companies, he was groomed to be a good administrator, in all aspects of healthcare & hospital.
He has a good exposure in the field of medical electronics managing 2 entities, and dealing with multinational companies specializing in manufacturing, maintenance, sales, service & R&D, etc. His international exposure started with a hospital in Sri Lanka, was a part of the higher management committee overseeing healthcare management.
He was fortunate to work with the top management as senior hospital administrator & senior vice president of the largest private sector hospital group in UAE, Abu Dhabi for almost 2 decades. Currently working in Coimbatore in royal care specialty hospital as president medical & international affairs.
Have steered the hospital to be the
- First hospital in Coimbatore and outside Chennai to be accredited by JCI, USA.
- first hospital in India to be accredited as COE center of excellence in neurosurgery by SRC, USA
- First master surgeon in India in neurosurgery = Dr. Madeswaran –chairman & managing director & consultant neuro surgeon by SRC USA.
