Two Technocrat brothers Mr. Mahesh Dave & Mr. Chandresh Dave aiming to educate and train the Indian industries to support the Govt. of India’s “Make In India” & “Atmanirbhar Bharat” campaign. TuBro Innovative Compliance Solutions (TuBroTICs) is an establishment which encourages varieties of industries to fulfil their goals of manufacturing safe & global quality products. In short period of this establishment, many of the small & medium scale industries are able to emulate their products at Global level after achieving guidance from these two brothers.
Mr. Mahesh Dave, has rich Global experience of more than 27 years working at key positions of various Notified Bodies on International Approvals & Global Compliance Requirements.
He has expertise knowledge on testing, quality assurance, new product design concepts, safety assessment & in-depth knowledge about various global standards & norms. He published number of technical papers in international seminars as well.
Mr. Mahesh Dave is also a Qualified Expert of Hazardous Machinery (EU Directive: 2006/42/EC) from EU Notified Body, CerTrust Ltd., Budapest, Hungary (NB# 2806).
Mr. Chandresh Dave having more than 30 years of experience in Industrial Safety, Skill Development & Safety Trainings is co-partner of TuBroTICs after his retirement from IPCL (Now Reliance Group of Industries.)
In order to achieve the global standards, the training & education / knowledge about the international standards are quite an essential so that the robust design with ultimate safety can be achieved and can be compete at global market.
Initially it was very hard to convince the manufacturer to make the design of the product keeping Safety First in mind as per global requirements due to the compromised liberal approach. However, so far convinced many serious industries that there is a great value of “Made in India” label when you export your products to the international market & hence one need to stick to the strict quality norms & design to establish the name of our country in Global Competition.
Both the brothers (TuBro !!) have made serious & dedicated efforts along with their team member Mr. Aman Kumar for training & education of various Indian Industries about Global Scenario and now are aiming to create more awareness with great motivation among Self-Reliant & export oriented Indian Industries in the coming future!!
