With 15+ years of experience in the outsourcing and infrastructure industry, business tycoon and leader TejaThamatam always had a vision far beyond his counterparts. Born in a small sea side town called Bapatla in Andhra Pradesh, he was bought up with strong family values and servitude to the impoverished and the needy people in the society.
A university level cricket player and sportsman, Teja completed his graduation in biotechnology and masters in business administration from Bangalore University. He quickly rose in his career lauded by his seniors and respected by his juniors, with several awards and recognition in sales and business development. He served various organisations in the top management level and played a key and pivotal role in the success of respective companies and clients he was associated with.
With nothing but the experience he had gained and his never give up attitude, Teja started his first company RGI under R Group of companies in the year 2014. Now in the year 2020, with five companies under its helm, R Group of companies is a global leader in infrastructure, development and outsourcing. By proving as a source of inspiration and providing employment opportunities to youngsters and like minded individuals, R Group of companies will empower and accomodate around 10,000 individuals in different verticals of its operations.
