Adhering to his divine principles, he recognized the importance of converting his experience and competency into service by Providing Security & Patrol services in India which led to the formation of Bavani Security & Night Patrol Private Limited (BSNP). 

BSNP in one of India’s foremost professional Security services companies employs over 6300 well trained security personnel in different verticals. 

BSNP has 40 years of experience in Security Field and working with 700 esteemed clients across India. 

Mr. Sethu holds master’s degree in Tamil Literacy and has been awarded the Melvin Jones Fellowship by Lion Club in the year 2007.  He has 50+ years of experience in various fields out of which he has about 45 years of experience in Security. Today he is focused on the expansion of BSNP Group globally.

Mr. Sethu sensed the right time to start training for Skill development and providing free training sessions for the past Ten years. By his guidance BSNP has formed BSNP training Academy in Chennai in 2016. Now BSNP is also developing a bigger and better training infrastructure in Madurai which can accommodate 1000 trainees, this enables for rural Skill development & Training programs. 

Sethu’s day job is working as Chairman and Managing Director, Bavani Security & Night Patrol Private Limited. Through this experience and expertise, he is also guiding other Companies on security and facility. He is a man with an optimistic approach with a goal of more robust and secured India.
