In 20 years, she single-handedly gave birth to almost 20 schools across West Bengal and Madhya Pradesh, in which more than 15,000 students are currently studying, and whose academic results, innovative pedagogy and most importantly accessibility for students from underserved backgrounds in small towns and villages are flatteringly spoken about. To spread education, she with the zeal in her heart steps ahead to make education the vital element in the nurturing of a child. Her dream is to educate every individual who steps into her group Schools, Colleges & Universities. She supports that education is the gateway to the world of knowledge around us. On the evolution of the nation she claims education is a valuable component and is needed to explore innovative ideas. She loves to accept every challenge that comes on her way & she is confident of what is to be done and how to be done. 

Prof. Roychowdhury is a noble, courteous leader empowered to create a difference – for her it is never about the role but always about the goal. She recognizes that quality education aspires at developing in children a balanced set of capabilities that they require in order to become economically productive, to develop sustainable livelihoods and to contribute to peaceful and democratic societies and to enhance individual well being. She encourages various kinds of co curricular activities in her campuses which can create great avenues for her students in their lives. From playschools to doctorate degrees she emphasized on the quality of education. 

Patience has been her only weapon which she has used effortlessly to achieve great mission of the group. She believes that with grit & determination no job is impossible. Monoshij, a wellness forum remains her dream project which was conceptualized and started during the pandemic to fight the blues. She realized that stress, anxiety, depression will be the growing problems people will face. Her main mission for this wellness project is to reach out to masses especially to the students. She loves to sow the seed of happy soul and positive mind in those who lacks it. Under her proper guidance, she leads a team of experts. She lends out her hand to each and everyone who is in need of it, for her students, employees, her friends and to every deprived people. 

Her plate of responsibilities is occupied with group of schools, colleges, university, csr activities, association with the famous chambers of the society, and dream project Monoshij. Prof. Manoshi Roychowdhury is always vibrant with ideas & picks up new challenges to establish them in the system. The education fraternity is aware of her success stories but yet she remains humbled and grounded. A guiding star indeed to everyone high & low for any accomplishments. A multi tasking lady never misses out on any responsibilities and smiles away in confidence to achieve every impossible road to a beautiful destination. Prof. Manoshi Roychowdhury shows the way to success and leads the way too.
