Prof Rao, scholastic, pedagogical and research journey remains exceptional and unprecedented as born and brought up in Guntur, a small town in A.P, India and worked worldwide. As a medical professional, Prof Rao worked in several countries and currently working as Research Director, Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Hyderabad, India. Prof Rao holds MSc, Ph.D., and MD (Medicine) degree, and recently, he was awarded a D.Sc. as well.
