Prof. (Col) Shishir Kumar, holds Over 42 years of rich experience as an educationist, driving education institute growth, policy making, strategizing, quality, Human Resource, organizational behaviour and operations. He did his M. Tech from IIT Delhi, MBA from Delhi University and B. Tech, Mechanical Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur where he was the topper of his university.
Mr. Kumar has excercised as a Director Academic Administration for 12 long years and has been associated with DIT University, Dehradun (Uttarakhand) Indian Army, EME Corp for the past 30 years.
One who meets him can undoubtedly exclaim that he is man full of zeal and enthusiasm . He is a TEDx Speaker, an Educationist, Author, Blog Writer and Life skills trainer. In his professional career as Director-Academic Administration , he has handled various portfolios like AICTE and government approvals, Accreditation and Approvals, graduate engineering programmes, curriculum development, faculty development, student development, international and national collaborations and corporate partnership development.
Being a member of faculty at DIT Dehradun, he was the curriculum advisor at Technical University of Uttarakhand and visiting faculty at prestigious institutions of the Indian Army such as Military College of EME, Indian War College, Defence Service Staff College, Institute of Armament Technology and IIM Indore. He has more than 25 years of experience as Director, Dean, Chief Instructor & Head of Departments at category `A’ institution of Indian Army such as MCEME, Staff college Wellington, EME
School Baroda, EME centre Secundrabad, MCTE Mhow
