Yasmin is the only woman in her family who has received higher degree in education. She excelled in high school and college. She was honored with number of rewards and awards in the field of education as well as sports. Her parents, both were educated, who backed her up and supported in every way. She has faced numerous challenges and obstacles in her life, yet she has never given up. Her husband is also a constant source of encouragement and inspiration for her. With her perseverance, confidence, and hard effort, she ascended the stairwell of success. She wanted to serve and repay society by creating future pharmacists and contributing to nation building, as like her father who shaped the futures of many students.

She is currently employed as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department at Annasaheb Dange College of B. Pharmacy, Ashta. She has a total of 9 years of academic experience. She has published one textbook of Pharmaceutical Analysis I for First year B. Pharm Students. She is consistent in achieving 100% results in her taught subjects. She has published research and review articles in national and international journals, presented posters in workshops, she got best poster award in International conference held in Mumbai. She is the hardcore teacher and always committed to quality education. She has guided more than 20 students for research projects. Her area of interest is Computational Chemistry, Natural Product research, and synthetic chemistry.
