Swati Sinha is a seasoned strategy consultant turned serial entrepreneur, with a proven track record of building businesses from scratch and heading operations for start-ups. During her corporate stint, she received 17 Awards for innovation & excellence performance. She is an IIM Bangalore (Exec education on strategy) and Communication graduate from School of Communication, Manipal.
She began her career with AXA in the year 2007, as a competitive intelligence researcher, she grew to become a business strategist, with help of her amazing mentors. Later, she made strategy for about 12 years for companies like Capgemini Consulting, KPMG, and then got herself into people consulting in Egon Zehnder.
Her mentors in Egon Zehnder taught her how to build a right team. She strongly thinks that that’s one of the top skills you should have as an entrepreneur.
“The Human element is the most important business resource for any company. They are the ones behind the scenes. And by understanding the human element, you’ll be able to execute, lead more effectively, create brand loyalty, close more deals, be profitable and do better work.
She later co-founded Dabbagul (a subscription-based home-chef aggregator). There is no other bigger industry than food. Dabbagul was a success story for her and the motivation was around – Creating value, solving a real problem.
With this mindset later in 2019, Swati Sinha, with two IITians with similar entrepreneurial visions, started building Perfeth in 2019 (initially an invite-only exclusive community of expert engineers – now a career focused academy too to help students and professionals get the right skills for the right jobs)
There is a lot of buzz around HR products and solutions, However, only a few companies are working towards the real problem into guiding a professionals/soon-to-be-professionals/students to learn to be industry fit, be visible, steer their journey towards their dream companies. Through Perfeth, she is directly helping individuals making their professional aspirations come true.
In the present day, where there is a high need of having mentors, Perfeth is also bettering a skewed mentor- mentee ratio by bringing in industry experts on its platform to mentor the upcoming talents. There is no substitute to the fresh, informative perspective received from mentors on the professional and business problems that people face.
Also, gender diverse human capital goes a long way in catering to diverse need and client base with a widened perspective as an invaluable asset.
To support the need, Swati also runs a passion project Shecodes, which brings out the voice of awesome women engineers to empower the women tech community.
