Introducing the unstoppable Ms. Swaati Dubey, who since her childhood had a firm belief to build her empire. She had a vision to overcome the impediments that came her way with utmost confidence and diligence. She commenced her business with just a staff of two people and now she runs an enormous staff of more than 50 in her company Dzaro Solutions- An IT Service and consulting company.Talking about the company, it caters IT services globally across all the verticals. Ms. Dubey has had her share of hardship while laying the foundation of this company. The blood and sweat put into the company is what is running the households of many. Today proudly explains her journey as a salary earner to a salary provider.
She believes that IAF’s Indian Achiever’s Award is the culmination of all the hard work that she has put in over the last 6-7 years. It came as a pleasant surprise as this is the first time that she has received an award.
She hails from a very middle-class family, born and brought up in a small town-Jabalpur of Madhya Pradesh, but her dreams were never so small. She had always wanted to create opportunities rather than seeking one for.
Her father is a Govt retired citizen. He is to always said, “One day my daughter will be the best CEO of the world” and those words still inspires her to deliver the best. She acquiesces with the fact that everyone writes their own .
It isn’t important to surround yourself with people who think or look or act like you, but to have people who can challenge, raise questions, and help in thinking in new ways and offer different perspectives.
