Within a short span of 15 years, Smita Patil Jogdand has already made her mark in the real estate world. Coming from a humble background and witnessing her father evolve from a farmer to a successful businessman, planted seeds of entrepreneurship in her at a very early age. After completing her Masters in Computer Application from Pune University, she worked in varied fields like business development, relationship management, and human resources, which helped her in recognizing her passion to be an Entrepreneur.
Being married to a successsful businessman, Dhanraj Patil Jogdand and being a mother of two lovely kids, she decided to take the leap. Thus, her entrepreneurship journey started when she founded Samrat Spaces Pvt. Ltd. (SSPL), in Pune.
Her dedication and hard work has helped SSPL establish a brand known for its excellent customer satisfaction. She has been instrumental in establishing partnerships with large corporates and NRI communities to provide them with a global standard real estate service experience. Thus, SSPL has expanded under her thoughtful leadership and has recently won Build Awards

She recently conducted a webinar which was attended by over 90000 people and orchestrated the top women entrepreneurs on the panel. Her initiatives of using webinars as platform to provide insights, analysis to all the stakeholders of real estate industry which were addressed by industry leaders, was widely appreciated. She strives to give her best every day and her entrepreneurial journey is quite inspirational for people who are just starting out in the real estate world.
