Ms. Shruti is an executive coach and an Inclusion consultant. She has worked for over two decades across three geographies and her passion for meeting people, knowing life stories and being able to support others towards success meant that Coaching was an easy choice for her to make. Her Army upbringing, meant, she took Diversity, inclusion for granted till she realised that her gender and background is a both a privilege and a liability. She now works in that area to create a meaningful change for people and organisations.
With her vision to enable deep transformations and introspections, Ms. Shruti started Embrace. Embrace is about “embracing ourselves” through coaching and “embracing others” through inclusion initiatives.
She has coached over 900 people, across industries and levels, in areas like executive presence, leadership, finding clarity, managing change, and recognising their inner calling. She is also a mentor to college students, professionals, and women professionals. She has done mentoring for women entrepreneurs as part of the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, UK, SSE, India and BeyonDiversity. Her endeavour to support others towards success, also means, she takes up a lot of pro-bono coaching work and teaches at B schools.
Her vision for the initiatives she undertakes is to create deep transformation within people so that they are able to look inwards with a deeper sense of purpose and act outwards for their implementation.
She bringsher own life experiences to coaching like ability to facilitate conversations, form deeper connections and support people to find the essence of life. Her work has been published in the HRDirector magazine, UK, NASSCOM Community and she is a TOSB speaker, and an SHRM master facilitator.
