Ms. Shobha Satish is from Kolor, Karnataka, and has done graduation in Law from the Bangalore University and masters from Kuvempu University. She has a rich experience of more than twenty years in logistics background companies like Maersk, P & O Nedlloyd and Transworld group of companies.
She is a dedicated women entrepreneur who rolled out a Logistics Management Company in the year 2017, under the banner of Nextstep Logistics Management Pvt Ltd and is also, successfully running a Logistics Education Centre at Bangalore under the banner of Nextstep Institute of logistics & Aviation. She is proud to have many satisfied customers from various industries like Retail, Coloaders, Construction telecom companies as her clients.
She realizes that Logistics & Aviation Industry needs a skilled human resource at frontline, but also believes that the industry requires a lot of young blood who will be able to change protocols and enable integrated I T into logistic process. It was like a dream comes true for her when she initiated a logistics institute under the banner of NextStep logistics management Pvt Ltd.
She infused 1000 + freshers into the logistics segment which is highly appreciated & remarkable. According to her, the rural youth is keener to take up the logistics jobs. Her vision is to extend the foot print of Nextstep Insitute of Logistics & Aviation at Rural level across India.
