As an employee two decades ago, Shefali noticed that despite growth opportunities, leaders were not able to promote and expand business because they were trapped in handling petty operational issues. To help such MSME and SME owners increase profits by building Successful teams, Shefali Tripathi launched Career Genii Consulting Pvt Ltd. and that was the beginning of a new journey. She set out to help employers identify why, when, where, and how to build High-performance happy teams. Shefali believes that an Ace Warrior needs a capable team of soldiers to win a war and these A-grade players eagerly make strategies, solve problems, produce great results, take great care of clients, and take work off the leader’s plate
Armoured with a winning all women workforce, Shefali built NINJA TEAMS in India, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, China, UAE, Mauritius, Indonesia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Jordan and more. Under her leadership as Director, Career Genii is nominated for India’s 5000 best MSMEs award and chosen by Facebook to be awarded a Grant for contribution to society and the country.
As an established Recruitment Strategist, Shefali Tripathi has partnered with more than 1000 companies globally to solve Recruitment challenges and HR needs. She believes that along with other aspects of businesses like sales, operations and production etc., recruitments too require strategic planning and execution. To cater to this need, Shefali created the unique “Recruit Right Framework” which is successfully being implemented in MSME and SMEs helping firms become self-sustainable in the hiring process. She authored “RECRUIT RIGHT” and made it available on Amazon and Kindle to reach maximum business owners identify simple solutions to their hiring challenges. Shefali has also written articles in various magazines, the recent one on Women entrepreneurship by Cost Accounting Journal of India in March 2021.
She was recently awarded 100% scholarship by Goldman Sacs 10K for an exclusive Entrepreneurship program designed and delivered at IIM Bangalore, NSRCEL by world renowned and eminent faculty.
Shefali also provides consulting and counselling support for Industry professionals, students and teenagers and believes in the religion of Humanity. She is a mother of two amazing daughters of 18 and 13 years. Her elder daughter is already an entrepreneur as she continues to motivate women and kids. Shefali is tech savvy and constructively uses her skills for the betterment of the society. As a Gymnast, Horse rider and a Swimmer she has also been a Gold Medallist in Athletics at school level and a position holder in academics at college and University level. Her public speaking and stage performance skills have won multiple awards. Shefali is also a fitness enthusiast and believes in growing by way of continuous learning.
Shefali believes that everyone who has won the “Ovarian Lottery” should volunteer for social movements and contribute towards building a better society and help the underprivileged.
As a diehard optimist, her life has been exciting, and she is just gearing up for better.
