Empathetic, diligent, versatile, and dedicated, Ms. Shalini Singh Hamilton is an epitome of knowledge. The Principal of The Gaudium School, Hyderabad, she is a passionate educator with two decades of experience in teaching and management. Ms. Shalini holds a master’s degree in English Literature and a Bachelor of Education from Isabella Thoburn College, Lucknow University. Journeying through her career, she has worked in some of the best schools in the country. Having been in the educational leadership position for a decade, her strength lies in strategic planning, evaluation, and implementation of academics. Her conviction is to promote the holistic development of all students under her care and strongly believes in working in synergy with all the stakeholders of the school.
Ms. Shalini’s love for children paved way to pursue her passion for teaching. Having taught the national and international curricula, ICSE, CBSE, IB and Cambridge International across Grades 1 to 12, she has been responsible for nurturing many lives. She has contributed greatly towards the growth of the schools and students with her commendable innovative ideas.
She has been a great source of inspiration who makes learning a continuous process by caring, sharing, communicating and believing that a mentor can bring out a best in the child with motivation and encouragement. She has facilitated a significant personal transformation in the lives of her students throughout her career. Many of her students are well placed in reputed organisations on national and international level while quite a few of them are pursuing courses in Ivy League and other well-known universities across the globe.
Ms. Shalini has risen to the occasion with effective and successful implementation of e-learning at The Gaudium during the Covid-19 pandemic which is praiseworthy. A member of the ‘International Council for School Leadership’ and ‘Global School Leaders’ Consortium’, she has been conferred with the ‘Most Admirable Principal’ award for excellence and leadership in education by the Golden Aim Awards Organisation in association with Dynergic Business Solutions.
