She leads digital programs, helping Re Imagine Business Processes with AI, demonstrating possibilities with AI and shaping roadmap to scale and operationalization. Over a career spanning 10 years Rajani has established herself as a top innovator and has a proven track record in blending latest tools and technologies with advanced AI/ML methodologies in addressing some of the most complex business challenges. Her innovations have led to several AI assets and accelerators that drive agile solution development predictable outcomes in a scalable fashion.

She excels at translating complex AI/ML methodologies, such as CV, NLP etc., to design, build, commercialize and implement state of the art solutions that have led to multi-million dollars business value for her clients. Rajani has built several AI solutions for manufacturing and automotive clients, Consumer product clients as well as Insurance and Banking clients that enabled them to dynamically optimize their product prices and thereby establish an AI driven pricing and growth strategy.

As a distinguished scientist, she is part of Technical Council for Data Science / AI – keeps our community of 300+ data scientists, AI engineers thriving, through focus on building expertise, channelizing them to conquer unsolved problems and developing reusable assets. She has been a great mentor, champion of new ideas, always keen to explore new techniques / technologies, engaging with academic institutes like working with all IITs on Inter IIT Tech etc. 

In addition to this, Rajani has contributed to many talent building activities by conceptualizing the Centre of Excellence – ScaLA. SCaLA (Skills | Capabilities | Learning | Ascension) – a structured skills & capabilities development division within BRIDGEi2i that nurtures and moulds talent into world class Data Scientists, Technologists, Consultants and AI experts.

Rajani holds a Master degree in Mathematics & Scientific computing from TU Kaiserslautern, Germany and from IIT Madras.
