She is the Co-founder of “RJTC INDIA LLP” training and consulting firm helping businesses & individual finance professionals to gain the most relevant & demanding IFRS skill enabling them to tap not only domestic but International job & business opportunities & opening the ways for international funding.

Rachna believed that taking extreme ownership with entrepreneur mind-set actually changes the whole game. When you do your job assuming the full responsibility of not only the job you are doing but the whole of the organisation, you widen your horizon, you get better ideas how to create more value in the job, how you can be more productive, how you can contribute to the growth of an organisation, it simultaneously add to your own personal and professional growth.
This is what she actually followed in her life. This whole mind-set brought huge transformation in her life. While in job with corporate world, her whole focus was how to contribute more to the organisation, to her job, to her profession and to her own professional and personal growth.
She contributed to various guidance standards issued by Institute of chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She was instrumental in creation of post qualification course on WTO for chartered accountants and updation of DISA course run by ICAI for increasing the professional opportunities of fellow CA professionals.
This entrepreneur mind-set encouraged her to start her own firm RJTC India LLP in 2019, which she is successfully running.
Rachna is one of the pioneers in IFRS trainer in India and she has trained more than 9000 finance & accounts professionals in IFRS . She is on mission to enable professionals & Businesses to unleash their potentials to be more, do more & have more .
