A Certified CSR Professional from ICSI, leading a peer reviewed firm of Company Secretaries M/s PG & Associates, she has earlier worked with Oriental Bank of Commerce and Havells India Limited.

As Chairperson of the Noida Chapter of ICSI, a premier national professional body with 72 chapters offices across the country, Ms. Grover made all efforts to make the Chapter vibrant and keep members engaged. During her tenure, the Chapter has conducted over 50 programs such as seminars, webinars, workshops and conferences, with the best faculties and speakers from across India. She took several innovative initiatives including a podcast by the name “प्रोत्साहन” for students and members, Yoga classes, and a Sports and Fun Activities Day at Noida Stadium to encourage fitness. 

The true test of leadership is how well you function in a crisis. The main challenge of the year 2021 was the second wave of Corona in April-May 2021. Upholding her responsibility, Ms. Grover  organized a vaccination drive for CS members and their families in association with Fortis Hospital, Noida in May 2021, making Noida Chapter the first chapter in Northern India to successfully conduct a vaccination drive. 

Preeti Grover is a first generation professional, hailing from a small town of Moga in Punjab. She feels that education is the best way to make a difference to people’s lives. Constantly learning and pushing herself with new challenges, Ms. Grover cleared the Proficiency Examination for Independent Directors conducted by the IICA and a certificate course for Women Directors conducted by ICSI, becoming an Independent Director in a listed company. 

Ms. Grover is committed to workplace ethics, integrity, and gender equity. She has been appointed a council member in Anti-Sexual Harassment Council, Uttar Pradesh, at WICCI: Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry for the term January – December 2022.
